At Shivapuri Heights Cottages we have three accommodation options available to suit your budget, comfort requirements and also depending on the number of people in your group. For small groups you may choose to book the entire Cottage (s) or if you are individual travelers then you may book separate rooms. We have four rooms with attached bathrooms and all other rooms have shared bathroom facilities. Rooms with attached bathrooms will be given on a first-book-first-served basis. Our rates include dinner and breakfast and unlimited tea, coffee.
The cost for rooms at the Cottages is as follows. Please note that prices are subject to change depending peak-periods. Special rates for long-stay guests are available on request: Poinsettia Cottage Rates:

Please note that when booking rooms at the Cottage there is the possibility that other people may be occupying the other available rooms (Unless booking entire cottage on exclusive use basis).

The two deluxe rooms in our new house offer a higher standard of accommodation than the Cottages. Each room has an attached bathroom and private verandah. Taken both together these adjacent rooms are ideal for a family or friends group of 4 persons. Extra beds are also available on request. Wireless internet is free of charge and we also have a big-screen movie hall available.
Above rates include dinner and breakfast and unlimited tea, coffee. Additional meals are charged @ US$ 10.00 per person per meal.
Meals are provided on a set-menu basis and taken together with other guests.
Prices do not include transport to the Cottage. We can provide a transfer from the airport or another hotel in Kathmandu @ US$ 25.00. Note that the Cottage is located approximately 20-30 mins drive away from the airport/city centre followed by a short uphill walk. Please let us know if you would like a transfer or if you will be arriving on your own.
